TEMECULA – The staff of Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County was educated on active shooter safety Tuesday, Dec. 5, by Michael Julian, as expert and leader in the private investigation and security industry and the owner of MPS Security & Protection. In order to proactively train its staff and reinforce a safe environment for youth served across the southwest Riverside County, the organization enlisted the help of Julian, who is a former Murrieta clubhouse parent and current Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County board member.

MORE THAN A SAFE PLACE FOR KIDS TO HANG OUT AFTER SCHOOL, THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF SOUTHWEST COUNTY IS A PLACE WHERE GREAT FUTURES START.

  • Our programs, activities and events inspire and enable our kids to realize their full potential. Nationally tested and time proven, our programs foster both character and career development. We have well developed activities in the performing arts, health and fitness, as well as a full recreational sports program.
  • Beyond our club programs and activities, we engage our kids in the community through stimulating field trips and the opportunity to participate in our annual events such as “Our Kids Rock” and the “Boys & Girls Club Idol”. We provide transportation to school in the morning and then from school to The Clubs in the afternoon. There are new, fun and exciting things happening. It is no wonder Great Futures Start at The Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County.

Connect with us and stay ALIVE.
